There is a $30-40 deposit that will be refunded if the storage unit is left
clean.
Rent will be pro-rated to start at the first of the month. Rent is due on
the first of the month. A $10 fee is added if 10 days late, another $10 if 20
days late.
Units are over-locked if rent is 30 days late.
